I had not been having a very positive experience with my local dealer, so I called Subaru of America and they recommended I reach out to Klamath Falls Subaru. I initially spoke to whom I believe was Chris on the phone and explained my needs and my frustration with the local dealer. He was not only understanding, but patiently answered all my questions and was very professional. I was already so impressed with his helpfulness that I thought to myself "this is too good to be true."
On the day of my service I was greeted by Daniel. He too was extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He treated me and my dog like family, and listened to my needs and explained everything in great detail. They took my car right in, performed the service, and addressed an ongoing concern I had with the brake system. Everything was perfect! Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and seemed to truly care about me and my car. The dealership, service area, and customer lounge are clean and comfortable. For the first time since buying my Subaru I truly felt taken care of and heard. They have restored my faith in Subaru.
Although I am driving from Ashland, it is well worth the extra time and miles. Such service is rare these days, therefore I truly appreciate these guys. I am looking forward to many years of business with klamath Falls Subaru, and when the time comes I will definitely buy my next Subaru from them.

I recently financed a vehicle from these guys, my salesman Ramon was awesome. He worked a great deal with a great warranty and made the whole “scary car lot” experience as least stressful as it could’ve been. About 2 months after getting my vehicle I noticed a pretty severe leak in the roof. I took it to Subaru and within in an hour they had it fixed and good to go. Everyone who looked at it, including the boss Andy were just about as concerned as I was about it. That was the most affordable and stress free shop visit ever. These guys are awesome! After watching my family deal with other lots in town I was dreading the car lot experience but the staff here has definitely made it worthwhile.
