Awesome experiences at Washington Honda! Picked up a 2025 Honda Pilot Black Edition and it is stunning! My sales/leasing advisor Kaelyn has been great! I took my Honda to get serviced (oil change, tires rotated and inspection)from the moment I walked in to then I left I was greeted by wonderful personnel who took the time to help. The service team had my car done in a timely fashion. They contacted me through text on the progress of my car til it was finished. They also swept the interior and cleaned my outside at no extra charge. I was highly impressed. -thanks Honda

After having a poor experience at another Honda dealer I went back to where I bought my car for service and to fix some things the previous dealer had mishandled.
