2023 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E AWD

I was satisfied with the quality of work, but the wait time was much longer than expected. There were only a couple people ahead of me when I arrived, and some people were in and out while my vehicle was still being serviced. What was supposed to take a couple hours ended up being 4 1/2. I'm not upset at the fact it took that long. I just wish I had known ahead of time, so I could have someone pick me up and drop me off when my vehicle was finished. It's not my usual experience with Pratt's. I've always been a satisfied customer, but it was just a long time to sit and wait for routine maintenance.

Love my new Equinox and would highly recommend Pratt Chevrolet if you are considering a new vehicle. I had a long list of "wants" - Kade followed through and found the perfect car for me! A very positive experience :) Thank you!

Got in quickly. The shop manager made time for me to show him eccentricities on my van which have been problematic at mechanic shops, which gave me confidence that care would be taken. Price was fair, and job completed in the time stated. Very happy with the service.
