2015 Buick Enclave Premium

A unexpectedly good experience: I was pleasantly surprised by my time at Quality. Last weekend I had planned to test drive and check out a 2015 Lexus RC350 F-Sport they had listed. I didn't really plan to buy just check out since I had planned on buying elsewhere since I was loyal to another dealer network. However, after striking the right deal on pricing and financing. I can happily say Evan Johnson and his business manager Justin Windmiller, exceeded my expectations of a "traditional" dealership. I would absolutely recommend another to these 2 by my service and purchase today. Great job you too, you won over a hard one to convince!

They should change their name from Quality to Extraordinary! I dropped my car off for collision repairs 1 day ago and not only was the work done quickly and correctly, but my car was cleaned inside and out! It was literally done so fast that I didn't even need a rental! The customer service was next level! Thank you, Amanda, Dave and the collision team for taking such excellent care of my car! You all deserve a raise!
