A unexpectedly good experience:

I was pleasantly surprised by my time at Quality. Last weekend I had planned to test drive and check out a 2015 Lexus RC350 F-Sport they had listed. I didn't really plan to buy just check out since I had planned on buying elsewhere since I was loyal to another dealer network.

However, after striking the right deal on pricing and financing. I can happily say Evan Johnson and his business manager Justin Windmiller, exceeded my expectations of a "traditional" dealership.
