My experience at Germain Honda was very positive. I liked Patricia Rodriguez, our sales person, immediately. She was very kind , soft spoken, patient and a good listener. I also met with her manager (Marvin I believe) who was also very professional and accommodating. He encouraged us to take the car to lunch when we got hungry. Trying to find the right car for my daughter had been stressful and more of a hassle than I anticipated. My daughter and I had been looking for a car for sometime.
