My experience at Germain Honda was very positive. I liked Patricia Rodriguez, our sales person, immediately. She was very kind , soft spoken, patient and a good listener. I also met with her manager (Marvin I believe) who was also very professional and accommodating. He encouraged us to take the car to lunch when we got hungry. The business manager Luis was also very patient and thorough. I never felt undue pressure which is very important to me and makes the car buying experience better than expected.

I went to Germain Honda of Naples on March 9th just to search around for a new car. Going in I was not really expecting to walk out with a car, I am not the best when it comes to big decisions like a new car and I was hesitant with previous experiences at other dealerships, but when I was there I was welcomed at all levels and the staff made my time there easier. Antoinette was the one who helped me while I was there. She was upfront and knowledgeable on every question I had and made my time there enjoyfull. In the end I drove away with the 2024 Honda Civic Sport. Antoinette hands down changed my experience on buying a car.
