Just purchased this 2021 XC90 from Jim Ellis Volvo of Marietta. It was by far my best car buying experience. Christopher Castillo Lagos was my Volvo Brand Specialist and he patiently walked me through the entire process. This started with initial contact online, continued with videos he sent detailing every car I was interested in, right down to yesterday's test drives and patient answering of my MANY questions. I cannot say enough about how comfortable I felt through the whole process. He was very down to earth and completely transparent. No pushy sales approach. Buying a car, especially a high end car, is a big decision. From start to finish I felt cared for which is rare! I just bought a new car from Volvo Cars of Marietta. My sales rep was Tommy Fain. When I first saw his office I noticed his desk was loaded with awards! My first thought was “this guy must be good!” Still I had no idea how good!! Tommy showed me around the new car I was going to buy. He explained all the features and gave demonstrations. I then took the car for a test drive. It was a dream!! Tommy explained every detail making me aware of all the bells and whistles this car has! What was really impressive about Tommy was how personable he was. He was so easy to communicate with it seemed more like we were old friends.
