Christopher Castillo Lagos was my Volvo Brand Specialist and he patiently walked me through the entire process. This started with initial contact online, continued with videos he sent detailing every car I was interested in, right down to yesterday's test drives and patient answering of my MANY questions. I cannot say enough about how comfortable I felt through the whole process. He was very down to earth and completely transparent. No pushy sales approach.

My first thought was “this guy must be good!”  Still I had no idea how good!!  Tommy showed me around the new car I was going to buy. He explained all the features and gave demonstrations.  I then took the car for a test drive. It was a dream!!  Tommy explained every detail making me aware of all the bells and whistles this car has!  What was really impressive about Tommy was how personable he was. He was so easy to communicate with it seemed more like we were old friends. I called in all the way from Jacksonville Fl about a difficult to find vehicle and Chani had everything handled and taken care of, all the way through to the finance side of things, in what felt like a few minutes. She is a joy to work. David and Early also made buying this car feel like stopping in for lunch with family. This is a beautiful dealership with friendly faces and plenty of refreshments. My new S90 T8 R design was like-new clean with a full charge and tank of gas when I arrived. If you're going to buy a Volvo in Georgia, buy it from Chani at Volvo Cars of Marietta.
