2023 Acura RDX SH-AWD

I had a previously scheduled appointment so checking in was easy and right from the start was I knew what to expect since my tread depth was low on a few of my tires. Josh gave me a quote within minutes of sitting in the waiting area so I knew what I’d be charged. I had intended to wait but unfortunately something happened with the tire machine mid-service so Josh set me up with a loaner and I could get on with my day. I also appreciate all his help and diligence as go-between with management regarding the tire price match guarantee. It was easy to communicate with Josh using dealership email and by phone later in the day. Once it got too late to pick up the car same day Josh said I could just plan on coming tomorrow but sent me a link to pay ahead online, set a pick-up time. and it was seamless! Ryan was so helpful when I swapped out the loaner for my car and I appreciate his kindness and patience in explaining by GM points credit, etc. Overall a very smooth and easy experience this trip to Chevy, Thanks Josh and Ryan!

The service dept has been exceptionally pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable, in my experience of them. The sales manager I dealt with wasn’t annoyingly underhanded, which is saying a lot for a car sales manager. Communication was very good throughout.

Service writer was responsive and listened to my needs. Vehicle was completed on time. He suggested I complete a 4-wheel alignment and tire rotation. I declined. Vehicle has 18,000 miles. Will consider more work next time.
