2020 Acura RDX SH-AWD

My daughter and I recently purchased a used Acura MDX from this dealer. Our salesman George Pena did an excellent job communicating with us throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable technically about the vehicle as well, even helped by removing some of the plastic covering the engine so we could get a good look at it. At the time of the purchase he was also training a new member of their team and she also was very pleasant to work with. I actually found some of his training helpful to listen to. In fact all the way through the finance process we were treated well, time was taken to explain each step as there was the usual back and forth on options etc. We raised a question about a spare key and the condition of the tires and without any further debate, both were taken care of within half a day by the service dept. Overall, we could not have been more pleased with the purchase, the service and the dealership. Which is really uncommon these days. We will be back!
