My daughter and I recently purchased a used Acura MDX from this dealer. Our salesman George Pena did an excellent job communicating with us throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable technically about the vehicle as well, even helped by removing some of the plastic covering the engine so we could get a good look at it. At the time of the purchase he was also training a new member of their team and she also was very pleasant to work with. I actually found some of his training helpful to listen to. In fact all the way through the finance process we were treated well, time was taken to explain each step as there was the usual back and forth on options etc. We raised a question about a spare key and the condition of the tires and without any further debate, both were taken care of within half a day by the service dept.

Overall, we could not have been more pleased with the purchase, the service and the dealership. Which is really uncommon these days. We will be back!

The salesperson, George, was incredibly knowledgeable about the different models and features, and they took the time to answer all of my questions. There was no pressure to buy, which I really appreciated. The manager Sam was amazing.  She was smart, savvy, honest and just a pleasure to work with.

The entire process was smooth and efficient, from the test drive to the paperwork. I also appreciated that they were transparent about pricing and didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need.

Overall, I highly recommend Palm Beach Acura, to anyone in the market for a new car. The staff is top-notch, they truly care about their customers. I will definitely be returning for my future car needs.
