2021 Acura RDX Technology Package SH-AWD

I am a first time Audi owner and I’ve always had a pleasant experience here! Every service advisor I’ve worked with has been helpful, kind, and knowledgeable on answering any question I have. A few months ago, I had an oil system failure that turned out to be a sensor wiring issue. I called and Ben was able to get me in within a 15 minute notice AND provide me with a loaner vehicle so I could get to work on time. My car was done by the end of the day and I was able to pick it up on my way home from work! Any of my other routine maintenance has been great too, and my car comes back clean and ready to go!

I live in North Carolina and the dealership is located in Indiana. They had the exact car that I wanted at a reasonable price. I contacted them and Josh Sides immediately responded with my request to see additional information on the vehicle. He sent me an entire packet including details of the car, pictures and warranties remaining to my email within two hours. In addition to the packet he sent me a video of the car. The entire process was not pushy and very comfortable. Anything I requested, additional information on the car, Josh responded in a timely manner. I would definitely buy a car from this dealership again. The customer service was wonderful and I thoroughly enjoyed my customer experience.

I had went in 3-20 and had looked at an Audi A6, Derrick Burns was able to get my car sent to be detailed and picked up the next day and with great info on the car in terms of features and what the services team could do for me. Couldn’t have asked for better help there.
