Recently Purchased a used Lexus and John Julian was my salesman. He was top notch. After inquiring online, he followed up with me via phone call ready to go within 12 hours with all the info on the vehicle, worked numbers with me via phone and text message. Very fair deal and was at the dealer for an hour total to pick up the vehicle. The vehicle was in great shape and the detail team did a great job. I had the pleasure of working with Cidalia again to purchase a Certified Pre-Owned Lexus GX 460 after a bad accident shortly after purchasing my last one. Cidalia goes out of her way for her customers, and truly cares about your happiness and satisfaction. Within days of my accident she called me with all of the updated inventory from the weekend and was able to get me into another GX 460. It was even in the color I’ve always wanted- Black! I always feel like a VIP whenever I step foot into the dealership. The Sales Manager BrendON was also amazing throughout this whole ordeal and made sure everything was perfect with the vehicle. Knowing I’m a travel nurse, he even made sure to put new tires on it before I picked it up. The vehicle was detailed perfectly, along with new brakes and tires. He also helped me navigate all of the confusion with transferring/reimbursement for warranties.
