2020 Acura RDX Advance Package SH-AWD

I had a great experience with Janzen GMC. I was searching for a new Yukon, and found out through the GMC website that the exact vehicle I wanted would be delivered to their lot soon. I worked with Jerome, and was able to put a deposit down on the vehicle before it arrived to claim it. Jerome was very good about keeping me up-to-date on the entire process before the vehicle arrived. The dealership gave me a very fair trade-in amount for my old vehicle. I will definitely buy from this dealership again in the future.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Janzen GMC and Jerome was my salesperson and he was amazing. I live 2+ hours away from the dealer. They had a car I was interested in, I reached out and Jerome sent my videos of the vehicle, was upfront about everything, we were able to make a deal over text, and get things rolling. The day I was able to drive up to finish paper work, I looked at the car, drove and made sure it’s perfect. Honestly this was the smoothest car buying experience. I would do the drive again, and I’ve already told my friends who are car shopping to go look at what they have before going anywhere else.

Consistency is key and Janzen GMC is always consistent in service and how you work with your customers! The service crew is always exceptional and the staff in the department where you check out is fabulous too! We were even able to get assistance linking our other GMC vehicle (pickup) to our account for our 2022 Terrain. I believe her name was Caleb, or something similar. Other team members referred to her at the tech whiz!
