2024 Nissan Rogue

I was in search of a used Highlander on a Saturday and found a great online price at Fitzgerald and bought it on the following Monday. I connected by text with sales consultant Judie, who was super responsive, informed, and friendly. He had the car ready for me to test drive before I arrived and allotted plenty of time for me to take it for a test drive at 7 pm. He made sure to check that I was set up with the Toyota app and made me aware of some other features I didn't know the Highlander had. Judie continues to check in and follow up; making sure I am happy with the purchase and making sure the service department had my second key replaced. Overall, it was a great experience with a welcoming environment. I highly recommend Judie and his team if you need a good salesman.

Awesome experience. Our salesman Prince was great. Very knowledgeable and not too pushy. Very nice guy and a pleasant experience. The sales manager had a chat with us and he was great. And the young lady that did our financing was also great. I would recommend buying a car from you guys anytime. I spotted the car that I wanted as soon as I got to the lot and bought it the same day. This is my second certified car that I purchased from you guys and have had no problems. Be back when I need my next car. Thank you very much.

Christopher was a very attentive salesperson, they had a fairly decent selection of vehicles. My only issue was, there were not enough finance personnel. Katrina had been there all day and inside of keeping her there for an additional 2 hours, I decided to return the following day. The staff that I did encounter was very friendly and knowledgeable.
