My experience at Germain Honda was very positive. I liked Patricia Rodriguez, our sales person, immediately. She was very kind , soft spoken, patient and a good listener. I also met with her manager (Marvin I believe) who was also very professional and accommodating. He encouraged us to take the car to lunch when we got hungry. The business manager Luis was also very patient and thorough. I never felt undue pressure which is very important to me and makes the car buying experience better than expected.
The best dealership experience we have ever experienced! We traveled from Miami to Naples to purchase a Mini Cooper at Germain Honda. Trying to find the right car for my daughter had been stressful and more of a hassle than I anticipated. My daughter and I had been looking for a car for sometime. We had looked at several dealerships in the Fort Myers and Naples area, all who had tons of hidden fees and add-ons to their purchase price, upwards of 6 thousand in add-ons!
