Had a great experience working with Brittney and would highly recommend asking for her if you stop into the dealership. She made the whole process easy. From walking in on a whim, she didn’t hover, asked what I was interested in, gave me the keys, and let me go for a solo test drive; which was so appreciated and a very different experience then other competitors in the area. She’s very knowledgeable and responsive in communication. She even checks in after purchase to see how it’s going and if there’s any questions. Overall, 10/10 experience with Brittney purchasing a new vehicle and will definitely be my first stop when looking for the next down the line. Plus, I’m absolutely loving the the new car.

I called Westbrook BMW after seeing a used BMW 2018 340 on their website. I live 2 hours away and wanted a video of the car.
