Kelly BMW was great to work with. Dezirae Burns is the best saleswoman I’ve ever worked with! From ordering my car to updates on my delivery to the pick up process. Everything was smooth and efficient. Paul in finance was very helpful and even with technology issues, the sales process was very easy. I cannot recommend this team enough and I will be returning in future years!

Had to have some work done on my car, zack Higgins Was the one who helped me get everything set up. He was great at communicating with me on what was going on with my car. Overall, I was happy they only had my car for about a couple of days and everything seems to be working fine and is fixed!

Recently purchased a 2025 BMW X5 which we ordered (already in production) from Kelly BMW. Dezirae was our sales rep and not high pressure at all and patient with us regarding all features and with the order. She came in on her day off so we could do some paperwork ahead of time. The whole sale in general was very smooth. Also want to give a shoutout to Eric and Paul for their assistance. All staff were kind and friendly.
