We were leaving on a trip and had to go to Medford first for an appointment, a 2 1/2 hour drive. Afterwards we were 15 minutes south of Medford when the check engine came. Luckily, we had purchased our car from Medford Volkswagen less than 2 months ago so we turned around and went to the service center. We got there around noon, and there was one technician on duty. He couldn't have been more helpful. He did the computer check and found that a clamp on an air intake hose was lose. He tightened it up wished us well and we were on our way. What could have destroyed our trip turned our to be only a minor inconvenience. I only wish we lived closer to Medford Volkswagen if we have future issues.
The people at Medford BMW are wonderful to deal with. They do everything they can to get you the vehicle you want, offer very fair pricing and make buying a car a pleasurable experience. No reason to go anywhere else for a BMW. Special shout out and thanks to Bill Courtney and Joe Tate.
