I just bought my Honda pilot elite last night from Scott Honda. Rachel was the first salesperson I sat with weeks ago. She spent the time listening to what we were looking for and kept in touch when the color I wanted came in. Thanks so much Rachel! She moved to internet sales so when we came in we worked with Eric who is so patient even when I was very indecisive. He is very knowledgeable and always answered my messages promptly when I had questions. When we finally came in to purchase the Pilot, Eric was so fast and efficient. He explained each document and we never felt rushed . The whole transaction was easy fast, and smooth. I recommend Scott Honda if you want to purchase a vehicle! They are very professional and treat their customers right! I also recommend the Honda pilot elite of course. It is the best in its class and rivals the luxury brands!!. It is an exceptional suv!
