I just bought my Honda pilot elite last night from Scott Honda.  Rachel was the first salesperson I sat with weeks ago. She spent the time listening to what we were looking for and kept in touch when the color I wanted came in. Thanks so much Rachel!   She moved to internet sales so when we came in we worked with Eric who is so patient even when I was very indecisive.   He is very knowledgeable and always answered my messages promptly when I had questions. When we finally came in to purchase the Pilot, Eric was so fast and efficient.  He explained each document and we never felt rushed . The whole transaction was easy fast, and smooth.  I recommend Scott Honda if you want to purchase a vehicle! They are very professional and treat their customers right! I  also recommend the Honda pilot elite of course.  It is the best in its class and rivals the luxury brands!!.  It is an exceptional suv! While waiting for my Odyssey to be serviced, I walked over to sales to check out the inventory of used cars. My son was in the market for one. Jerry Volpe, our previous sales associate, was very helpful and showed me several cars in my son’s price range. I relayed the info to my son and later in the week we stopped back. Jerry was courteous, straightforward and patient and helped my son through the purchasing process.
