2023 BMW X5 xDrive40i

I went to Patrick to custom order an M240i and the process was very smooth. My CA, Roy Smith, was very friendly and worked with me to get a good deal on the car just as I wanted it. When it came time to take delivery of the car, everything was fairly quick- all the paperwork was prepared and I just had to sign everything. There weren't any surprises and Basil, the F&I guy I worked with, wasn't too pushy and took the time to explain what I was signing even while I was reading through the paperwork. Highly recommend this dealership!

Had a very great experience doing business with them! Very professional staff, I had the pleasure to work with Angelo and it couldn’t have gone any better. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I really appreciated Mike in finance explain everything I was signing instead of just collecting my signatures on everything. Huge shout out to Kyle and Angelo for staying an hour and a half after they closed to help me set the car up before I drove back to Wisconsin. This was my first time purchasing a BMW. Angelo was my client advisor and he was great to work with. He was not pushy and did not try to up sell me on anything. He was able to get my order in for an M2 without any issues. He also helped me get a Performance Center delivery. Everything was a very special occasion with getting the vehicle and Angelo helped make it happen. I also had communications with their genius, Greg, and he was very responsive to my questions regarding allocations, the ordering process, and expected time lines and waiting periods. All in all, I couldn't be happier with how smoothly everything went. I would definitely go back to them for my next BMW.
