I went to Patrick to custom order an M240i and the process was very smooth. My CA, Roy Smith, was very friendly and worked with me to get a good deal on the car just as I wanted it. When it came time to take delivery of the car, everything was fairly quick- all the paperwork was prepared and I just had to sign everything. There weren't any surprises and Basil, the F&I guy I worked with, wasn't too pushy and took the time to explain what I was signing even while I was reading through the paperwork.

Had a very great experience doing business with them! Very professional staff, I had the pleasure to work with Angelo and it couldn’t have gone any better. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I really appreciated Mike in finance explain everything I was signing instead of just collecting my signatures on everything. Huge shout out to Kyle and Angelo for staying an hour and a half after they closed to help me set the car up before I drove back to Wisconsin. He was able to get my order in for an M2 without any issues.  He also helped me get a Performance Center delivery. Everything was a very special occasion with getting the vehicle and Angelo helped make it happen. I also had communications with their genius, Greg, and he was very responsive to my questions regarding allocations, the ordering process, and expected time lines and waiting periods.
