2016 Toyota Corolla LE Plus AT

Update: disappointed that after spending 4 hours at the dealership (I wasn’t even financing), I had to come back the next day to sign more papers they forgot about. Then the next day they had to coordinate a courier to come out to my house to have me sign even more papers they forgot about. It doesn’t feel like my time is valued. I also was pressured into a package I tried saying no to several times, but gave in because of how long everything was taking. Original post from day-of: Just bought my first certified used vehicle from Toyota Santa Cruz. The whole process went well, despite it taking 4 hours. Chuck and Tom were friendly and patient with letting me look at various models and answering all my questions. Overall, it was a happy purchasing experience. Also— loved the popcorn ????

I am traveling and needed an oil change and tire rotation on my new 2024 RAV4. Toyota of Santa Cruz was the closest dealership. A few days ago I noticed a few minor scratches on my rear passenger door and pointed them out to my service advisor Hunter. The dealership was very busy that day. Hunter didn’t promise me anything but by the time my car got back those scratches were gone. Wow, I was impressed! That’s what I call service! Thank you Toyota of Santa Cruz for having such a friendly and professional Service advisor in your ranks. I would definitely recommend your place. “Hunter, you made my day, Big Thank You!”

I just purchased a certified used vehicle from Toyota of Santa Cruz - I had a fantastic no pressure experience and LOVE my new car. Bob and Jeff were so helpful to make the numbers fit my budget. Jordan in finance even managed to make the paperwork part of the transaction a pleasure (he was very nice as well). I will definitely return to purchase a vehicle in the future.
