We had a great experience. I knew exactly what I wanted and they respected that and did not push or pry. Grant Goo was our sales person and he was such a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgable, friendly and easy going. We went to other dealers and decided to go back and make a deal with them because the vibe was so positive, they gave us a great price right away without haggling, and Ford offered the lowest interest rates anywhere around. Ford Store San Leandro is one dealer I can highly recommend. My 2024 Maverick had a recall. I called the dealership and arranged the Mobile Service that they offered. Making an appointment with Felecia was not a problem. My Service Tech Jose arrived on schedule. He was very professional and explained in detail the work that was being done.
