He was knowledgable, friendly and easy going. We went to other dealers and decided to go back and make a deal with them because the vibe was so positive, they gave us a great price right away without haggling, and Ford offered the lowest interest rates anywhere around. Making an appointment with Felecia was not a problem.  My Service Tech Jose arrived on schedule. He was very professional and explained in detail the work that was being done.
