Got my 2018 340i a little over a week ago and the whole process was nothing but enjoyable! Everyone in there was very kind and easy to talk to. Personally Rudi was my guy ! If your ever coming in to buy a car I highly recommend him. He was patient talked about the car with me. Talked about family. Truly the definition of a good salesman! Finance manager was very professional and patient with me. She made the process easier and even helped out on saving some money on insurance with some tips for a young man like myself! My experience today was fantastic! They acknowledged & greeted me right away. I was scheduled for a tire check but had purchased a 3-yr oil change that was due. Willingly they completed both and within the time frame I expected. I was comfortable while I waited with drinks & snacks. I was also able to get on the internet with decent speed to work on my computer! Cameron answered all my questions after the service was completed and made sure I was happy & satisfied with the service. Also, he let me know that BMW still offers the 3-yr oil change to keep me coming back as a client. Great job to Cameron!
