Fort Walton Beach BMW was awesome once again! I’ve had the pleasure of buying new vehicles over the years at this dealership and they always aim to please. Rudy (my sales rep) was excellent at explaining all the new features on my new 2024 X5. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to invest in a BMW. Their new facilities are great while waiting for your new baby to get serviced.

Got my 2018 340i a little over a week ago and the whole process was nothing but enjoyable! Everyone in there was very kind and easy to talk to. Personally Rudi was my guy ! If your ever coming in to buy a car I highly recommend him. He was patient talked about the car with me. Talked about family. Truly the definition of a good salesman! Finance manager was very professional and patient with me. She made the process easier and even helped out on saving some money on insurance with some tips for a young man like myself! I have nothing to say other then this place was one of… if not the best dealerships I’ve walked in. If your planing on buying a car come here !

My experience today was fantastic! They acknowledged & greeted me right away. I was scheduled for a tire check but had purchased a 3-yr oil change that was due. Willingly they completed both and within the time frame I expected. I was comfortable while I waited with drinks & snacks. I was also able to get on the internet with decent speed to work on my computer! Cameron answered all my questions after the service was completed and made sure I was happy & satisfied with the service. Also, he let me know that BMW still offers the 3-yr oil change to keep me coming back as a client. Great job to Cameron!

I was having some technical issues with my BMW X-3, and not having much success in resolving these problems at the dealer where I purchased the car, I asked BMW of Fort Walton Beach if they could help me sort out the problems. Wow! Did they ever! From the kind lady Kimberly who I first talked to, to the techno-whiz Rudy who did the sorting, I could not be more pleased with either of these people or the job they did for me. How pleased am I? Thanks for asking! I plan to have my BMW needs addressed at BMW FWB from now on. Those people over in Pensacola just lost my business.
