Having endured recent inclement weather, I wanted to verify the health of our brake pads. Staff members were very welcoming, accommodating, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Hudson Valley’s technicians did not disappoint either, they confirmed the remaining life of the brake pads and pinpointed another area of concern, for which they called me for the green light to correct the issue, the vehicle was ready for pickup by end of day. From appointment setting, to loaner, to driving home with peace of mind, the whole process was pleasant -thank you Sue & Candice. An absolute recommend.

I absolutely love my new car! Meg was incredibly accommodating throughout the transaction, making it a very smooth process. What I appreciated the most was that it didn't feel like your typical dealership, where they "sales talk" you to death. Everyone at this dealership was cordial and pleasant.
