Volvo Cars Hudson Valley did not miss the mark. I had an outstanding experience at Volvo Cars Hudson Valley.  It was my first time visiting this location -yet it felt everything but. Having endured recent inclement weather, I wanted to verify the health of our brake pads.

Staff members were very welcoming, accommodating, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Hudson Valley’s technicians did not disappoint either, they confirmed the remaining life of the brake pads and pinpointed another area of concern, for which they called me for the green light to correct the issue, the vehicle was ready for pickup by end of day.

From appointment setting, to loaner, to driving home with peace of mind, the whole process was pleasant -thank you Sue & Candice. An absolute recommend.
