Natalie was the perfect sales person. She provided a wealth of knowledge on the MDX I was shopping for, was patient with my indecisiveness on color options, never pushy and very personable. When I made my decision on the vehicle she made the purchase process easy and seamless, walking me through all the vehicle’s operations and tech hook ups. I had the best experience!! I mean it was the best I have getting a car . I didn’t feel pressured to buying a car and I was told my numbers before driving 4 hours there . Mat was perfect!! He answers all my questions even sent me video of the car because sometimes pictures just don’t do you justice ! He went above and beyond and made me feel like he cared about what I wanted. When I arrived he showed me the car the features and went over things with me , he connected with other me and I didn’t feel like just a sale to him. They even got my payment lower then what was told to me o the phone!! I walked away with a 2022 Hyundai sonata!!!!

I have dealt with a lot of car dealerships and this one was by far my best experience. My salesman Ed Donaher was a joy to work with and never once made me feel pressured or taken advantage of. He is incredibly knowledgeable in all the cars and knew exactly what to put me in once I explained my wants/needs. I would absolutely work with him again in the future. I'm not used to having nothing but positive things to say about a dealership, but everyone at Hall Acura was absolutely phenomenal. From sales to finance, everyone I worked with was warm and welcoming. I can honestly say Hall Acura has earned my business for life.
