I had the best experience!! I mean it was the best I have getting a car . I didn’t feel pressured to buying a car and I was told my numbers before driving 4 hours there . Mat was perfect!! He answers all my questions even sent me video of the car because sometimes pictures just don’t do you justice ! He went above and beyond and made me feel like he cared about what I wanted. When I arrived he showed me the car the features and went over things with me , he connected with other me and I didn’t feel like just a sale to him. They even got my payment lower then what was told to me o the phone!! I walked away with a 2022 Hyundai sonata!!!!

I have dealt with a lot of car dealerships and this one was by far my best experience. My salesman Ed Donaher was a joy to work with and never once made me feel pressured or taken advantage of. He is incredibly knowledgeable in all the cars and knew exactly what to put me in once I explained my wants/needs. I would absolutely work with him again in the future. I'm not used to having nothing but positive things to say about a dealership, but everyone at Hall Acura was absolutely phenomenal. I had to bring my TLX to Acura for some repairs due to a recall issue.  I have to say I am very impressed with Acura of Virginia Beach throughout the entire process.

Big shout out to DAVONTE DUPREY who was my service consultant who was thorough, explained things clearly, and was friendly and professional.

Scheduling was quick and easy.  I explained my problem and they were sure to verify they had the needed parts and arranged for a loaner without me even needing to ask.  Scheduling was verified via text message and I brought my vehicle at the prescribed time.  They met me immediately and verified my service and explained clearly what to expect in terms of time.  Depending upon findings of their inspection it could be between 2 days or much longer.  They got me a 2024 loaner vehicle and took care of everything right there and then.  At other places I'd have to go in to another department and get the loaner.  This was much more convenient.

To my surprise, they send me a video of my car on the lift as the mechanic showed me the areas inspected and made some recommendations.  They then showed me the area which was undergoing replacement.  This was in progress, but I was impressed that they were quite far along, even though less than 2h had passed.  It was so impressive actually getting a video rather than a simple report that I was used to getting from my local Audi dealer.

After they had completed the repair, they texted me and called me as well to verify that all the work had been done and fortunately I did not have the worst case scenario which would have involved much more work.  They were able to get the car done the same day and I returned the loaner and took my vehicle home very impressed.  They made some recommendations for maintenance, but at no time did I feel that they were trying to pressure me into anything unnecessary.

This was a pleasant experience, in contrast to some I have had at other places.  Good job, Acura.

I just purchased yesterday a 2018 Nissan Murano and I love it. At first I was scared I was gonna get denied because of my credit issues with things not being updated yet. I spoke with Mathew Richardson and he was able to work his magic and I got approved and only put $3000 down and my payments are reasonable and within my budget. He is a good salesman and was updating me everyday about everything and I love that he was communicating and answered every question I had. i would recommend this dealership and Matt to anyone that is looking for a vehicle.
