It's only been a few weeks since we bought our car - but so far so good! We really love our car. We also enjoyed working with Chip - who was very nice, friendly, & easygoing! Everyone there was friendly & after viewing cars at another dealer, we much preferred how Oakes does business. I also liked that they were partners with Community America so the financing portion was very easy. Lastly, I was impressed with their followup, specifically the mailing that lists all of the services they include with your purchase (4 oil changes, 4 tire rotations, etc.). This would be an easy thing to mention when you're wanting to sell a car and never mention again. Instead, Oakes sent this mailing and also reached out via phone to schedule my next service. I like that. Thanks!
