I was walked over from the Subaru office and delivered to Jacob. He greeted me with a broad smile and a handshake which I appreciate I explained that I was in the market for a used plug in hybrid. I wanted to take advantage of some rebates from the state of Vermont and a federal rebate also. I had been to a couple of other dealerships who were not very helpful and quite negative in their attitudes about the usefulness of these programs. I had done lots of research and knew and understood what I qualified for. Jacob proceeded to give me information about the Ioniq. He then took me outside to have a look and test drive it. I enjoyed the drive very much. We returned to the office and talked finances. I felt very comfortable discussing personal information with him. We worked out a deal I was completely comfortable with and made an appointment for 2 days later to pick up my car Jacob was a great listener and very attentive to my needs. His manager was also very helpful in pushing the transaction along. I am so excited to have completed this sale all on my own. This team made sure I was heard and made every step of the purchase very simple. I am so grateful for this experience.
