I was walked over from the Subaru office and delivered to Jacob. He greeted me with a broad smile and a handshake which I appreciate  I explained that I was in the market for a used plug in hybrid. I wanted to take advantage of some rebates from the state of Vermont  and a federal rebate also. I had been to a couple of other dealerships who were not very helpful and quite negative in their attitudes about the usefulness of these programs. I had done lots of research and knew and understood what I qualified for.
Jacob proceeded to give me information about the Ioniq.  He then took me outside to have a look and test drive it. I enjoyed the drive very much. We returned to the office and talked finances. I felt very comfortable discussing personal information with him.  We worked out a deal I was completely comfortable with and made an appointment for 2 days later to pick up my car
Jacob was a great listener and very attentive to my needs.  His manager was also very helpful in pushing the transaction along.
I am so excited to have completed this sale all on my own. This team made sure I was heard and made every step of the purchase very simple. I am so grateful for this experience.  I would recommend Jacob and the whole team to anyone looking to make the purchase of a new or used vehicle.

Sales manager Andrew was far less amicable, and made no attempt to conceal the fact he believed I was wasting both his and his sales person’s time by trying to negotiate a better deal.

I just purchased my second used vehicle from Burlington Hyundai, and was very happy with the experience -- for this purchase I worked with Tawnya, and she was great! Very friendly, no pressure, and she was able to coordinate all aspects the trade-in and sale very quickly. The financing department was able to get the loan coordinated directly with my bank which was VERY convenient.

For people like myself who prefer buying used vehicles and having their own mechanic manage its maintenance, finding a dealership that happily works with you on your terms is a very valuable thing.

This is especially the case in a state like VT, where you may have to drive a ways to find inventory you like. The dealership was wonderful about working with me to accommodate my schedule and minimize my driving time, while not pressuring me to commit to the vehicle before I was comfortable doing so.

I was very happy with the car I purchased from them 5 years ago, and when it came to trade it in I made sure to check their inventory and found exactly what I was looking for. When the time comes again, I know where I'll be starting the search!
