Update: General Manager, Chris Perry, made things right. He asked me to come back in so they can properly diagnose and fix the back-seat map light, and he offered me a loaner car. Dropped off my vehicle last night and picked up the loaner car as promised. They got the work done today, and my vehicle was ready to go when I arrived. Thank you Larry and Chris. Very happy. __________ Came in for service and made an apt in advance for the first visit to diagnose and for the follow up after the parts arrived (dropped it of of the night before on the follow up). Took all day both times, and they still haven't properly diagnosed the issue with interior light. OK they had to order a bulb on the first visit, but on the follow up they should have tested the new bulb to see if that fixed it and diagnosed the problem. Larry my service advisor was great, but not excited to come back a 3rd time knowing they haven't begun to properly diagnose the light. Hoping that when I do come back they'll get it right... we'll see.

Great experience!! I took my car there for them to change my screen and also do an oil change. The salesperson that help me is Taylor she was very nice and she also explained everything that they going to be doing to my car. Communicate was great. Excellent. When left Taylor send me a text to ask me whether everything is working out fine. I will definitely come back here. Thanks Taylor.
