Their Subaru service department customer service is top notch! Staff communicate through the visit with statuses and make recommendations before doing the repair. My check engine light came on over the weekend and I got a call Monday morning asking if I need any help. In fact my car wouldn't start and she was able to block off time that day to look at it.

The two sales people, Nick and Darien were great and help us make a solid decision, they laid out the facts of each vehicle and the went through each car features to make sure we bough the right Volvo. ALSO, Celeste and the title team was fantastic! They helped us navigate the DMV process and even took care of the DMV transfer even though we did not sell our current vehicle to GJ. We had an issue with our transfer and the manager, Celeste, jumped on the phone and got it corrected immediately. That team was a pleasure to work with! She explained the process and even knew more than the DMV.
