He explained everything very thoroughly and took me step by step through the process! I have never had such awesome service and I am so happy to know that I have someone who I can trust with my vehicle. The technician, Saul H, did a fabulous job giving me a video of the necessary repairs. His dialogue was clear and succinct and his inspection was thorough!
