Randy in sales was warm, knowledgeable, and anticipated needs before they arose. Communication was excellent, I received a very fair value on my trade, and the pricing was highly competitive. There’s something to be said about doing business with a family dealership. There’s no need to go anywhere else. Side note, there’s no better service department too. Tiffany knows Mercedes-Benz inside and out and I’ve never been pressured into any unneeded work. Nick who heads up the service department is one of the reasons I’m on my 11th Mercedes- I feel like I’ve got a friend in the business.

We recently purchased a used E Class from Suzanna at Santa Rosa Mercedes Benz and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The entire process from test drive to purchase was smooth and professional. Suzanna took care of the smallest details for us, like making sure a scratch on the window tinting was fixed at their expense. Further, when you purchase through MBSR, you get loaner vehicles and free car washes. The car we bought was owned by a single owner and purchase from this dealership so we felt like we got a very good deal. All of our post-sale follow ups have been smooth and responsive.
