Stapp Toyota is the last family owned dealership in Colorado! The entire car buying experience was fantastic. No high pressure salesmen. Bryant, our sales representative was kind, knowledgeable and incredibly thorough. We came in to test drive a few cars to replace our Cadillac Escalade, and drove home a new Sequoia Capstone! Ron, the new car manager was a wealth of information and again, seemed there to educate and not to “sell”. We drove up from Boulder despite having a local dealership 2 miles from our home. We will never go anywhere else!
1st time we went we were just browsing trying to decide what brand, type etc we wanted to go with, ZERO pressure. We returned after researching what we wanted and Leslie was amazing. She was able to help us find pretty much what we wanted (the color wasn't available). When the color came available later with pretty much all the options we wanted she let us know right away. We knew there would be a wait but she stayed in touch on the progress. When the time came to pick up the vehicle, the process was pretty quick, and I really liked that she was with us the whole time (didn't have to go to a different person for finance etc). Best car buying experience I've ever had... definitely something to be said for going with family owned.
