Purchasing a vehicle is never easy, and doing it out of state wasn't initially part of my plan. After encountering excessive markups in California, I decided to explore options beyond my state and came across Sandra Bradberry at Stapp. From the start, Sandra made what could have been a stressful experience completely painless. During my 1,250-mile road trip back to Southern California, I was amazed at the fuel efficiency, reaching 60 mpg at one point! Bryant, our sales representative was kind, knowledgeable and incredibly thorough.  We came in to test drive a few cars to replace our Cadillac Escalade, and drove home a new Sequoia Capstone! 1st time we went we were just browsing trying to decide what brand, type etc we wanted to go with, ZERO pressure.  We returned after researching what we wanted and Leslie was amazing.  She was able to help us find pretty much what we wanted (the color wasn't available).  When the color came available later with pretty much all the options we wanted she let us know right away.  We knew there would be a wait but she stayed in touch on the progress.  When the time came to pick up the vehicle, the process was pretty quick, and I really liked that she was with us the whole time (didn't have to go to a different person for finance etc).  Best car buying experience I've ever had... definitely something to be said for going with family owned.
