2012 Honda Civic LX Auto

Mark Koltz was my advisor back in the service department and he was very helpful informative and did a wonderful job getting me in and out with my new Honda passport for inspection. I need to get out by a certain time for getting my son at school and he was able to accommodate me even though they were very busy. Thank you very much and they did a great job as far as I can tell with my car thank you Wendy Bishop.

They were able to schedule me for repair just 45 minutes after I called from home and explained my problem. Wait time for completion of new brakes and tire rotation was only about two hours. (Always take a book with me). Fee was reasonable. Excellent service department - Top quality car dealership. Have been with them since purchasing my Honda in 2012.

I had a great experience with my inspection at Dean Honda with James Glass! I was told it would be at the most an hour and 45 minutes. It was definitely less than that. I thought they were going to tell me I was would need new tires and breaks but I was so happy to hear my car passed the inspection!!! They did recommend that I get new rear tires for the winter. I will definitely be planning on taking my car back and asking for James! Thank you James and Dean Honda for a great experience!
