Mark Koltz was my advisor back in the service department and he was very helpful informative and did a wonderful job getting me in and out with my new Honda passport for inspection. I need to get out by a certain time for getting my son at school and he was able to accommodate me even though they were very busy. They were able to schedule me for repair just 45 minutes after I called from home and explained my problem.   Wait time for completion of new brakes and tire rotation was only about two hours.  (Always take a book with me). Fee was reasonable.  Excellent service department - Top quality car dealership. Have been with them since purchasing my Honda in 2012.

I had a great experience with my inspection at Dean Honda with James Glass! I was told it would be at the most an hour and 45 minutes. It was definitely less than that. I thought they were going to tell me I was would need new tires and breaks but I was so happy to hear my car passed the inspection!!! They did recommend that I get new rear tires for the winter. I will definitely be planning on taking my car back and asking for James! Thank you James and Dean Honda for a great experience!
