Service consultant was able to identify and communicate the repairs needed quickly and clearly. Parts needed for the repair were ordered promptly and were delivered by the next day with a notification email. Once it was identified that an additional day was required for repairs staff were able to immediately call for their shuttle to take me to a rental car facility and then I was able to return and get items out of my vehicle. Upon completion of repairs I was notified and when I returned to pick up my car staff allowed me to turn in the rental vehicle to them since they have a relationship with that company. While unfortunate that more repairs were needed than what I originally went in for the understanding from the service consultant and quick work were noted and greatly appreciated.
