Truly the staff take upon themselves expense that is not a requirement. My 2021 Audi Q5 displayed electrical system malfunction alert while driving. I called the service department to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately the next loaner car they had wouldn’t be available until January 30th. We decided to drop it off anyways without getting a loaner.
