2012 Mazda CX-5 Sport Auto

I love my vehicle from Turnage. I actually waited a few months to make this review because sometimes we get excited and prematurely give a review before really testing things out. I was on the lookout for a SUV for my growing family and Aaron made that happen! I am VERY indecisive, yet Aaron stayed in contact with me and kept me updated on their current and incoming inventory. He even held the vehicle for me to come and test drive it first even though it had other potential buyers. I truly appreciated that, since most dealers would just sell the car as first come first serve. I appreciate the service, honesty, and quality of my vehicle and would definitely recommend.

I seldom do any reviews on my business affairs, but I just have to share with everyone how I can not say enough good about this local car dealership here less than 3 miles away from me and also to share with y'all how truly blessed all of us are to have Turnage Motors here. I had experienced a very bad auto accident where a woman left her car disabled on the interstate lane 1 and I couldn't avoid hitting it and totaled my car and was very badly banged up but alive. About a week and a half after the accident I was driving down rt. 1 when I really believe our heavonly father led me right into Turnage Motors, directed me into their lot. I looked at a few other cars then the sweet lady,Julie, I think, came out to introduce herself and we started going over a few of the cars. When I told her about my accident and the make and model she asked if I'd be interested in another Lexus. She showed me the 2007 450h. She got the keys and I took it for a ride. And I was so impressed with it. They shared the Carfax copy with me, gave me a lil education on the hybrid and I spoke a bit more with Tyler when I returned. I have never felt so good about being guided right into their lot and directed to a wonderful car. They had spent over 2000.00 on it to make it perfect for it's next owner. These folks are so caring and knowledgeable, and go beyond any car dealership I have ever visited in the last 60 years buying cars. I picked up my new car after financing was handled with no problems and went n got the ch8?eck. Drove it home and was in love. I would highly recommend Turnage as they are the only car lot I will ever deal with. They treat everyone like family. I drove my grand daughter to work that evening and because I had never owned a hybrid before this I wasn't sure if I Was doing things right and unsure if it was running. I don't hear to well but I called the number I was given during the sale and called it but no answer. I began a text and my phone rang. I left a voicemail. Aaron was out for dinner and he stopped everything to make sure I was ok and was safe. Asked for my location etc. But this really was the icing on the cake knowing I had made the right decision. I smiled all the way home feeling so blessed. I love my new car and admire the folks at Turnage for being so genuine and caring about ALL their customers. I will never look no further for my family's or my future car purchases. These people do way over 120 percent for their customers. They have a committed life time devoted customer. Thank you Aaron????????_Julie????????and Tyler. And to all the great staff you have working with you. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you for helping me make a terrible situation so much better. These folks are like family now. With all the other car lots on 1 I was directed there and am just so happy I did. Thank you again. Anyone in the market for a vehicle do yourself a favor and go see these folks. You will be so happy you did. ????????????????

My dad took me there so that I could purchase a vehicle. When I saw the truck that I wanted they made the purchasing process so easy. The lady at the front desk explained all of my paperwork to me. I have told more people about Turnage. That have great vehicles at an affordable price range. I’d recommend them to everybody. Thank you for your patience and I’m so happy with my truck.
