2012 Mazda CX-5 Sport Auto

One of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Rob and Lauren were so helpful and kind. No pressure what so ever, they even went out of their way to ensure the car I purchased was properly serviced. The car had wheel locks on it that we didn’t have the key for and they went got new ones put on for me! Had an issue with the car a couple days after purchase where it had a hard time cold starting. I kind of panicked because you always have a risk of buying a used car. I called them and they took care of it right away and repaired the vehicle quickly. As someone who has worked in automotive sales for several years, this is easily the best car buying service anywhere. I will absolutely refer anyone I know looking for a vehicle to this company. 13/10 customer service and experience. I’ve never felt more confident in a used car purchase until I worked with them! If you come to Elite Motorworks you will be taken care of as you are family! Great place to either shop for a new vehicle or get your current ride serviced! Would recommend over and over again!

Edit: It's been just about 3 years. I'm not kidding I still sometimes think back to Elite Motorworks! This was the first vehicle I ever bought, everything is still great! Super friendly people, know their stuff, and very helpful/accommodating. I was a little nervous working with a used car dealer for the first time however these people are very trust worthy. Very highly recommend. Lauren is also remarkably quick with paperwork.
