The service department had a change in management since the last time I went in over a year ago and the results are showing! My previous experience was awful but since the part I needed replacing was a factory item I decided to bite the bullet and give Hampton Mitsubishi another go at it. Ms. Ashley made the repair process effortless this time around and it is much appreciated.

Hampton Mitsubishi allowed me to bring my vehicle in for a diagnostic with an appointment soon after contacting them. Ms. Ashley gave the BEST customer service and making sure she communicated with me through the entire process. Her energy was warm and welcoming. I didn’t have any trouble when speaking to anyone or with the time frames. My truck is running like brand new yet again. I’m glad I chose Hampton Mitsubishi to maintenance and repair my vehicle. Easiest dealership I’ve ever dealt with. 20stars to Ms.Ashley !

To start off, I got my Mitsubishi mirage back in February. I’ve had problems with it since I got it. Since Ashley had taken over in the service department, I’m finally getting the things on my car that need to be fixed. She takes pride in her work and is excellent in her customer service. Definitely satisfied, thank you again Ashley!
