Ms. Ashley gave the BEST customer service and making sure she communicated with me through the entire process. Her energy was warm and welcoming. To start off, I got my Mitsubishi mirage back in February. I’ve had problems with it since I got it. Since Ashley had taken over in the service department, I’m finally getting the things on my car that need to be fixed. She takes pride in her work and is excellent in her customer service. Our experience at Hampton Mitsubishi/ Toyota has definitely changed my perspective on local car dealerships.  I have experience with other dealerships in town and I had pretty much lost faith and assumed all local dealerships would provide a terrible experience.
